Light design: The horizon is endless (so don’t hesitate to challenge us!)
Light design is our passion. So we enjoy every assignment: big or small, from simple to head-scratchingly complicated. In fact, challenges that don’t have standard solutions make our hearts beat faster. So don’t hesitate to challenge us: we love making an extra effort for complex issues.
Light technicians often ask us to lend a hand when they have complicated assignments. Usually, their end customer has presented them with a challenge that they aren’t sure how to address. More or less brightness, advanced exterior lighting, or even lighting in fences and stairway handrails – we’ve seen it all.
We love to work on challenges like that. Why? Because surprising, discovering and blazing new trails is part of our DNA. And why shouldn’t we? We have a global network of dozens of light suppliers, all with their own fields of expertise. So we know what’s possible, and which partners and light products we need to bring together to make the unexpected a reality.
In the process, we always keep a close eye on quality. Quality of products, but also services and warranties. So leave the arrangements to us, and we’ll make clear agreements that you can hold us to.
Does that mean there aren’t any limits to what we can do? Not entirely. Although we always aim to astonish our clients, we believe it’s just as important to stand behind our solutions and products. After all; you expect quality from us, and we’re going to give it to you. ‘Half-good’ and ‘settling for less’ do not exist in our vocabulary. That means we might have to say ‘no’ from time to time, but only as part of a sentence that starts with ‘No, but...’, before we suggest a high-quality alternative.
